Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies, and will be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  3. Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
  4. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and drive customer engagement and conversions.
  6. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  9. Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM management, and lead nurturing processes.
  10. Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  11. Worked at SAAS/B2B business.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  5. Expertise in HubSpot, including automation workflows, CRM management, and lead nurturing.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
