Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Plan and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  4. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and create performance benchmarks.

Content Marketing:

  1. Develop engaging content strategies for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
  3. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand's tone and voice.
  4. Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on analytics.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  1. Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
  2. Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  3. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Create and schedule posts, stories, and ads tailored to the target audience.
  3. Monitor social media engagement and interactions, responding promptly to comments and messages.
  4. Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve reach and engagement.

Email Marketing:

  1. Design and execute email campaigns for customer engagement, product launches, and promotional offers.
  2. Segment email lists to deliver personalized content to different customer groups.
  3. Track email performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush to monitor website and campaign performance.
  2. Generate reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Advertising Campaigns:

  1. Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
  2. Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  3. Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments for optimal results.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:

  1. Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliates to expand brand reach.
  2. Negotiate and manage partnerships to create mutually beneficial campaigns.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the success of influencer collaborations.

Innovation and Trends:

  1. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  2. Experiment with new platforms and formats to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions for professional development.

Key Skills for a Digital Marketing Professional:

  1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
