Salary: SR65,000 p/m

Job Summary

This is an opportunity to work with a prominent real estate developer in Saudi Arabia developing major real estate assets across the Eastern Province.

Our client is involved with some of the largest residential developments across Saudi Arabia and requires a Development Director to support the delivery of the real estate vision.

This is a long-term opportunity with the chance for progression, working amongst an experienced and professional expat team, with a firm that has a huge pipeline of real estate projects across the eastern province for the next 10-15 years and is looking for an experienced Development Director who has been involved with early stage project/program delivery.

Requirements

1. Must have spent the majority of your working career with real estate developers.
2. Must have worked as a Development Manager, dealing with the feasibility and master planning of major real estate projects.
3. Degree qualified from a western university.
4. Minimum of 15 years’ experience.
5. Ideally have worked in the Middle East previously.
