We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Clinic Manager to join a prestigious VIP clinic in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the clinic provides exceptional care to its patients while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dermatology clinic to ensure smooth functionality.
2. Lead and manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and industry standards.
4. Streamline clinic workflow and improve patient care processes.
5. Address and resolve patient complaints promptly and effectively.
6. Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee clinic inventory.
7. Monitor the clinic's financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies.
8. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients.
9. Ensure the confidentiality and proper management of medical records.
10. Conduct regular team meetings to foster continuous improvement and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dermatology clinic.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinic operations.
4. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
6. Valid Saudi healthcare license.
7. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
