Delivery - Senior Director - RES210

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the position of Senior Director Delivery (RES210) to lead our ambitious projects within the company's growing portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of outstanding developments, ensuring they align with our vision for innovation, excellence, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery process for key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project objectives
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate successful project execution
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project teams
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project delivery within the construction or real estate industry, particularly with large-scale projects
• Proven leadership experience with strong team management and motivation skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage stakeholders
• Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
