Job Summary:
The F&B Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery operations of food and beverages, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with restaurants and delivery partners, maintaining service standards, and optimizing operations for timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Operations Management:
·Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage delivery services.
·Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining food quality and presentation.
·Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
·Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for delivery operations.
2. Driver & Team Management:
·Recruit, train, and supervise delivery drivers.
·Assign delivery tasks and ensure drivers follow safety and hygiene standards.
·Monitor driver performance and address any operational issues.
·Ensure drivers have necessary permits, licenses, and equipment.
3. Team & Partner Coordination:
·Manage and coordinate with delivery staff, drivers, and third-party delivery partners.
·Train and supervise delivery teams to uphold service standards.
·Work closely with restaurant managers, kitchen staff, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
4. Customer Service & Quality Control:
·Ensure that all deliveries meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
·Address customer complaints and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
·Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements in service quality.
5. Logistics & Inventory Management:
·Track and manage delivery vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
·Optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
·Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and delivery guidelines.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
·Analyse delivery performance metrics such as delivery time, accuracy, and customer ratings.
·Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
·Implement technology and automation to enhance delivery efficiency.
