Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator, DBS will manage and co-ordinate the supply chain and logistics department to ensure operations run timely and efficiently for all Downhole Broadband Solutions (DBS) projects in the Saudi Arabia / Middle East region, meeting and exceeding internal and external expectations and obligations. The Logistics Coordinator position is key to our supply chain / service delivery needs and overall success of NOV’s MD Totco DBS business within the region. You will utilize your skills and expertise to plan and execute on business requirements – ensuring all equipment, inventory and assets are provided and delivered on-time for project execution and continuous operations. Further, you will participate in local and global processes and quality programs ensuring continuous improvement of the supply chain department functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all KSA and ME DBS equipment and logistics for project operation needs (Import/Export).
- Coordinate the day-to-day asset utilization across the region, as well as organising and maintaining asset & inventory related systems.
- Contribute to planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the asset and inventory activities of the business.
- Monitor, maintain and track, assets, Inventory, and deliverables to ensure operations run effectively.
- Execute all DBS Assets and Inventory in the region including Cycle and Physical counts.
- Coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement on maintain a healthy balance of Working Capital.
- Coordinate and process third party rental and sales equipment within project delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Intercompany BUs, vendors, and 3rd Parties.
- Coordinate all regional Repair & Returns including RGAs and RMAs.
- Overseeing the warehouse operations and operators in the KSA region.
- Contribute to Staff training on systems and processes.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and continuous improvement.
- Work independently or in a team and support other team members in other tasks.
- Ensure good communication between operations and supply chains teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be expected by line manager.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Degree or similar experience.
- Experience in a similar operational position within Oil and Gas segment.
- 3+ years Industry Experience.
- Good knowledge in local (KSA) and regional (MEA) logistics (Import/Export) processes and regulations and Incoterms.
- Inventory Management and Optimization.
- ERP and asset tracking Systems.
- Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook).
- International Incoterms.
- Dangerous good handling.
- Experience with supply chain management software.
