Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development of statistical models and analysis of labor statistics.
2. Analyze data and evaluate results using machine learning techniques.
3. Oversee the acquisition and curation of labor data.
4. Provide advanced analytics results to understand labor market trends.
5. Ensure data practices maintain integrity and compliance.
6. Improve systems based on performance and analysis.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Bachelor's or master's degree in data engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Ideal candidate should:

Understand data sources and the systems from which they are extracted, and provide the knowledge necessary to benefit from data, interpret its different patterns and time sequence, and predict and prepare the simulation systems necessary for the foresight unit.
