Job Purpose

Provides support in using advanced analytics to deliver insights, automate business actions, and enhance the speed and quality of decisions across business verticals. Coordinates AI and Advanced Analytics solutions to address strategic opportunities and challenges. Must manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously.

Key Accountabilities & Detailed Tasks

  • Strategy: Sets value realization KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders and the Strategy Team.
  • Collaboration: Solicits and scopes AI & Analytics use cases internally and externally in coordination with business/support teams.
  • MIS Reporting: Monitors ROI and reports value realization KPIs during pilot and post-production phases. Prepares monthly departmental reports to capture progress, performance, and quality to verify implemented processes.
  • Knowledge and Opportunity: Performs prototyping and delivers AI & Analytics solutions. Investigates next-generation AI/Analytics methodologies, technologies, and frameworks. Supports team members in ideating and implementing AI & Analytics solutions.
  • Management: Manages the pipeline, prioritization, and delivery of AI and Analytics solutions. Provides management with accurate reports on all aspects of strategic planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures: Implements approved sectorial policies, processes, and procedures. Provides instructions to subordinates and ensures adherence to maintain a controlled work environment.
  • Anti-Fraud Prevention: Adheres to all regulations and control functions within the bank to ensure governance, audit, risk, compliance, and anti-fraud matters are followed.

Works within established bank strategies and guidelines under the direction of top management. Exercises delegated authority within agreed business objectives.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's/Advanced degree preferred) in computer science, engineering, statistics, quantitative psychology, math, economics/econometrics, or other quantitative decision sciences.
  • Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in AI and Data (experience in a banking environment preferred).
  • Job-Specific Skills: Strong knowledge of global AI, analytics, and data management standards. Maturity and sound negotiation skills for vendor management. Analytical and logical thinking. Good command of English. Strong project and time management skills.
