Data Scientist

Job Description:

Master Works Information Technology company is looking for a talented Data Scientist to unlock the power of data and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data science, with proven expertise in Big Data tools and platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will utilize GCP’s suite of tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets, applying machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business challenges. Additionally, you will leverage Tableau to create impactful visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy data models and machine learning algorithms on GCP to address specific business needs.
• Manage and process large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Utilize Big Data tools to analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Stay current with new GCP features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in data science and analytics, with a strong background in Big Data.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Dataflow, and related tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
