Job PurposeProvides leadership and support in using advanced analytics to derive insights, automate business actions, and enhance decision-making quality and speed across business verticals. Coordinates AI and Advanced Analytics solutions addressing strategic opportunities and challenges while managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
Key Accountabilities And Detailed TasksStrategy- Define value realization KPIs aligned with business stakeholders and the Strategy Team.
Collaboration- Scope and solicit AI & Analytics use cases in collaboration with business/support teams.
MIS Reporting- Monitor ROI and report on value realization KPIs during pilots and post-production phases.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture progress, performance, and quality for implemented processes.
Knowledge and Opportunity- Perform prototyping and deliver AI & Analytics solutions.
- Investigate next-generation AI/Analytics methodologies, technologies, and frameworks.
- Support team members in ideating and implementing AI & Analytics solutions.
Management- Manage the pipeline, prioritization, and delivery of AI and Analytics solutions.
- Oversee accurate reporting on strategic planning for management, including conclusions and recommendations.
Policies, Processes & Procedures- Implement approved sectorial policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide instructions to subordinates, ensuring adherence to controlled processes.
Anti-fraud Prevention- Adhere to all regulations and control functions to uphold governance, audit, risk, compliance, and anti-fraud measures.
Frameworks, Boundaries, and Decision-Making AuthorityOperate within established bank strategies and guidelines under top management direction. Exercise delegated authority to achieve agreed business objectives.
Minimum QualificationsQualifications, Experience, and Skills- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum Experience- 7-10 years of progressive experience in AI and Data (preferably with some banking experience).
