This pivotal role involves leading the reporting and analytics function, overseeing the development of insightful data reports, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. He will be responsible for collecting data about company's performances, interpreting that data to identify problem areas and areas of growth, then sharing that information with others.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals and key performance indicators.
  • Lead the design and implementation of visually compelling and effective data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of data analysis and reporting specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Oversee the creation of accurate, timely, and actionable reports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide analytics-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards,
  • implementing best practices for data accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the reporting and analytics function, continuously improving processes and outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge reporting and analytics tools, ensuring the team has access to the best resources for their tasks.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in reporting and analytics.

People Management:

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
• Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s Values
