As a Digital Innovation & Technology Project Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Cluster, you will be responsible for the successful and efficient delivery of strategic Transformation by orchestrating teams composed of a mix of technical and business profiles and working guided by agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and priorities.
2. The candidate of choice will be able to demonstrate competence in delivery of projects in roles such as PMO or PM.
3. Leadership in driving continuous and incremental delivery of value to the business.
4. Talent for driving change and continuous improvement.
5. Coaching/mentoring in agile principles to help develop a high performing, agile team.
6. Ability to drive consensus and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
7. Supervisory or resource management supported by metrics.
8. Project management within a software development life cycle.
9. Strong problem-solving skills.
10. Scrum Master certified or PM certified preferable.
11. Experience delivering data and/or digital transformation projects preferable.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. University degree in Business Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 to 8 Years’ Experience delivering data and/or digital transformation projects preferable.
3. Is experienced in delivering complex data processing and data pipelines using agile methodology.
4. Has experience managing, manipulating, and optimizing data mapping in a large organization.
5. Has knowledge of and experience in end-to-end Data processes.
6. Has the ability to communicate data mapping procedures and rules to non-technical partners.
