Support in the development of guidelines to standardize statistical database build and storage of data collected via CAPI, CATI, and CAWI surveys.
Support in the establishment of policies for archiving, preservation, retention, and disposal of data.
Maintain dynamic designs to enable future objectives and strategies incorporation and ensure data privacy controls.
Communicate with concerned functions to follow up on translation of high-level designs into low-level designs.
Provide trainings and coaching sessions for related stakeholders to increase awareness on data solutions and best practices.
Define data ingestion readiness in order to enable databases accesses for Statistics Business Areas.
Identify and advise on any data service architecture issue and provide input throughout the development of remediation plans to mitigate and decrease risks.
Identify data quality improvements and operational procedures to enable the correction of data defects.
Provide support as needed in the design of new / expanding databases.
Provide support as needed in tuning queries for data extraction, management, and manipulation.
Ensure timely gathering of feedback from relevant functions and other related stakeholders to be able to reflect changes, improvements and needs within the data architecture.
Review developed reports including KPI results, highlighted variances and recommend needed improvements and corrective actions to ensure underperforming areas are acted upon.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Data Architecture field.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required.
