Data Analyst & Marketing Coordinator

Sudair Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Data Analyst & Marketing Coordinator in Riyadh City.

Job Summary

Responsible for focusing on data collection, integration, analysis, and visualization for the department head, plus leading the coordination of marketing events & projects to satisfy internal and external customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Data collection for the assigned project, ensuring the data is cleaned and prepared for analysis according to the guidance of this project.
2. Visualization of the data in a needed way to manage the required presentations to help the department head make the needed business decisions.
3. Be able to extrapolate data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and datasets according to the guidance of each project.
4. Work closely with product managers to analyze different business data and create various types of reports to manage their business smoothly.
5. Coordinate different marketing events across the kingdom to ensure the execution of all logistics and approvals on time.
6. Work closely with the department to manage marketing needs across overseas markets.
7. Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to manage needed approvals based on the guidance of the project owners.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
2. 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in SAP is a plus.
4. Experience, internships, or academic projects related to data analysis will be a plus.
5. Experience in event management and coordination is a plus.
6. Proficient in dealing with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
7. Familiar with statistical concepts.
8. Expert in data visualization.
9. Multi-tasking management and ability to work within strict timeframes.
