Your Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to assist the Office Support Manager in service delivery monitoring by carrying out performance analysis in relation to the MOFA, FM Contract.

Key Accountabilities

1. FM operations service delivery monitoring and reporting.
2. Contribute to the planning and scheduling of asset maintenance management operations activities, including prioritising and timelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficacy in all maintenance issues.
4. Collaborate with operations teams to investigate anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Operational Procedures Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures, checklists, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with established procedures and best practices for asset maintenance operations.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse asset performance and history to extract meaningful insights, assess performance, and support maintenance objectives. Prepare technical reports and presentations summarising operational activities and findings, which will include graphs/charts/dashboards.

Specific Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or any equivalent speciality.
2. 5 years of experience in data management and analysis.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and if possible, Arabic to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and present technical information. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve technical challenges related to asset maintenance operations. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
