Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Dance Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in various dance forms, including Hip Hop, Latin American standards (such as Tango, Salsa), and Ballet. As a dance coach, you will inspire, teach, and guide students of all levels, helping them to develop their skills, confidence, and performance abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instruct students in the fundamentals and advanced techniques of Hip Hop, Latin American dance styles (e.g., Tango, Salsa), and Ballet.
2. Choreograph routines for individual and group performances.
3. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their technical and artistic abilities.
4. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels.
5. Prepare students for competitions, showcases, and events.
6. Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.
7. Stay up-to-date with current dance trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a dance coach/instructor in Hip Hop, Latin American styles, and Ballet.
2. Certification or formal training in dance is preferred.
3. Ability to choreograph and teach both group classes and private lessons.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students of all ages.
6. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in organizing or participating in dance competitions.
2. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best potential.
3. Knowledge of fitness and movement to support injury prevention.

- Duty Hours/ week: Forty-Eight (48) Hours
- Daily Quota: Six (6) sessions (6 group classes)
- PT / 1 to 1: Applicable & unlimited as well beyond official work time
