Cybersecurity Senior Architect II - IAM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain advanced IAM security architectures and solutions.
2. Define the IAM vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
3. Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity IAM solutions from design, implementation, integration, and optimization.
4. Design systems and solutions to support successful proofs-of-concept and pilot projects in emerging technology areas.
5. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and standards.
6. Evaluate and determine the adequacy of security architectures and designs.
7. Implement and integrate system development life cycle methodologies into cybersecurity systems development environment.
8. Identify the third-party system integration requirements and work with in-house professional services and/or outside system integrator partners to deliver integration solutions to meet the needs of the customer.
9. Lead the IAM projects to ensure projects are delivered as designed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
10. Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Professional Certificate:

1. Professional certification in high-level security, such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, CCIE Security, CISA, etc.

Years of Experience:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

1. Understanding of IAM concepts, such as access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
2. Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM platforms.
3. Knowledge of security principles and best practices, particularly in IAM and access control.
4. Advanced proficiency in determining the security control requirements of information systems and networks.
5. Advanced implementation experience of cybersecurity solutions in different domains.
6. Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
7. Advanced proficiency in security technology domain with demonstrated expertise in the following areas - IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA.
8. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing security solutions across enterprise and service provider environments.
9. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and/or application or system integration issues.
10. Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.
