Cybersecurity Senior Architect I

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements.
2. Develop enterprise architecture or system components required to meet customer needs.
3. Determine security controls for information systems and networks and document appropriately.
4. Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity solutions from design, implementation, integration, and optimization.
5. Define appropriate availability levels for critical system functions and disaster recovery and continuity of operations requirements to deliver them.
6. Design systems and solutions to support successful proofs-of-concept and pilot projects in emerging technology areas.
7. Evaluate and determine the adequacy of security architectures and designs.
8. Implement and integrate system development life cycle methodologies into cybersecurity systems development environment.
9. Identify the third-party system integration requirements and work with in-house professional services and/or outside system integrator partners to deliver integration solutions to meet the needs of the customer.
10. Lead projects to ensure project delivery as designed, on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
11. Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Professional Certificate:

• Professional certification in high-level security, such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, CCIE Security, CISA, etc.

Years of Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in determining the security control requirements of information systems and networks.
• Advanced implementation experience of cybersecurity solutions in different domains.
• Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
• Advanced proficiency in the security technology domain with demonstrated expertise in the following areas: DLP, Data classification, AAA, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Access Control, Encryption, VPN, Web security, Mail security, EDR, WAF, SIEM, SOAR, PAM.
• Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing security solutions across enterprise and service provider environments.
• Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and/or application or system integration issues.
• Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.
