Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies.
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security standards.
3. Monitor and respond to cyber threats and incidents.
4. Oversee security operations, audits, and penetration testing.
5. Manage SAP security controls and access management.
6. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network, data, and application security.
7. Provide cybersecurity awareness training to employees.

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security management, or risk assessment.
3. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, threat analysis, and data protection.
4. Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
5. Proficiency in SAP security, SIEM, penetration testing, and incident response.
6. Hands-on experience with cloud security, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
7. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
8. Familiarity with the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) regulations.
9. Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are a plus.
