Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose:
Lead the development, implementation, communication, monitoring, and maintenance of comprehensive cybersecurity requirements, ensuring a robust and up-to-date knowledge base.
Key Accountability Areas:
Analysis, Verification, and Validation:
- Conduct a thorough analysis, verification, and validation of system security requirements.
- Design, configure, and maintain backups for all devices within cybersecurity solutions.
Research and Recommendations:
- Research and provide recommendations for new requirements, including firewalls, routers, NGFW, and emerging technologies in the market.
Techno-Commercial Offer Preparation:
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers aligned with cybersecurity requirements for projects, ensuring compliance with latest NG, ARAMCO, and other International Standards related to ICS-OT Security Solutions.
Technical Support and Communication:
- Offer technical support for all OT security solutions in the domains of tendering, project management, and higher management.
- Take a lead role in communicating with NG cybersecurity team, Saudi Aramco cybersecurity team, and other relevant bodies for technical and project-related communications.
- Provide a well-coordinated response to customer comments for all cybersecurity projects.
Expertise and Certifications:
- Function as an internal expert on all cybersecurity matters concerning SAS, PSA, and other related solutions.
- Attend and acquire new certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, or equivalent, as per customer preferences and requirements.
Incident Response and Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct patch management, assess network intrusions, and evaluate other cybersecurity breaches, reporting findings on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to the development, improvement, and operation of response toolsets, emphasizing a commitment to continuous improvement.
Training and Events Participation:
- Attend cybersecurity-related training, conferences, and meetings.
- Conduct cybersecurity training sessions for end clients, ensuring knowledge dissemination and understanding of key principles.

Academic Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
