Cyber Security Consultant - SOC/Threat hunting/Red teaming

Airswift have partnered with an IT consultancy who are working with a renowned Oil & Gas firm and are seeking a highly skilled Senior SOC Analyst. They need someone with a background in the MITRE ATT&CK framework, Red Teaming, Threat Hunting, and Threat Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement MITRE ATT&CK-based threat detection methodologies within SOC.
2. Conduct proactive threat hunting based on MITRE techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs).
3. Train and mentor SOC analysts on MITRE ATT&CK and adversary behavior analysis.
4. Integrate Threat Intelligence Feeds with MITRE ATT&CK for contextualized threat detection.
5. Lead red teaming engagements to simulate real-world adversary techniques and assess detection capabilities.
6. Collaborate with security vendors to enhance SOC tools with MITRE-based capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

1. Expertise in MITRE ATT&CK Framework (Enterprise, ICS, Cloud, Mobile).
2. Proficient in Threat Hunting, Red Teaming, and Adversary Emulation.
3. Hands-on experience with SIEMs (QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel), EDR, and SOAR platforms.
4. Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
5. OT/ICS Cyber security.

Certifications:

1. GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
2. GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI)
3. MITRE ATT&CK Cyber Threat Intelligence Certification
4. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
5. Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP)
6. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
