Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist Cost Control, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our F&B clients successfully adopt and optimize Supys solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices in cost control, procurement, and inventory management while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the implementation process, ensuring they understand and utilize Supys cost control and procurement features effectively.
  2. Cost Control Advisory: Work closely with restaurant owners, finance teams, and procurement managers to help them analyze costs, optimize spending, and improve profitability using Supys platform.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor customer usage data and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency, reducing food waste, and controlling costs.
  5. Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when necessary.
  6. Product Feedback & Innovation: Gather customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, procurement, and F&B operations, preferably within the restaurant industry.
  2. Tech-savvy: Strong understanding of restaurant management software, ERP systems, or procurement platforms. Experience with SaaS solutions in the F&B sector is a plus.
  3. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and inventory management practices to improve profitability.
  4. Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping customers succeed, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  5. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to non-technical users and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
  7. Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
