Assisting the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in developing success plans for customer acquisitions and retention.
Fixing issues before they happen.
Assisting the CSM in analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.
Uncovering the root cause of a problem, quickly analyzes potential solutions, and makes clear and informed recommendations.
Drafting metrics reports related to client retention for CSM evaluation.
Supporting the CSM in drafting effective customer success procedures, policies, and standards.
Serving as a focal point in the implementation of an effective customer loyalty program, reward plans and bundles.
Constantly working on supporting the CSM in improving Rentokil Boecker services and products.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 4 to 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management skills.
Able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.
