We're hiring a Customer Services Manager for one of our clusters, in Madinah.
Mission
Reporting functionally to the Customer Services Director and working in close cooperation with the O&M directors and their O&M staff.
The Branch Customer Service Manager is responsible for organizing and managing all Customer Services activities on the ground in Madinah and Tabuk branches.
Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient implementation of customer service processes and procedures are applied systematically in both front and back office activities.
Enable the organization to reach contractual targets and international standards.
Ensure and maintain the best possible working interface with other departments within the Cluster team, especially the O&M department.
Review staff capacity and support the HR Director and Customer Services Director for the preparation of the Customer services training and development programme.
In consultation with the ICT Manager, review customer data, records and storage methods to complete and update the customer record database, in digital form.
Prepare the demand management strategy report to develop customer water awareness.
With the support of the O&M and Commercial Department, implement the improved new connections procedures and revenue metering strategy defined by the Customer Services Director.
Review current customer service systems, resources, methods, practices and needs.
Requirements
Background in Business Administration or a similar field;
10 years of experience.
Experience in the water industry.
Living in Madinah or able to move.
