We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor customer service performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
