Job position: Clinic customer service representative

Job summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our clinic. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding clinic services, appointment scheduling, and general information.
3. Schedule patient appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and manage appointment calendars.
4. Assist patients with registration, completing forms, and collecting necessary documents.
5. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
6. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
7. Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Hospitality Management.
2. Proven experience of 3-4 years in customer service or hospitality, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
6. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
