Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support to our users. As a member of our customer care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our food delivery platform by delivering timely and helpful assistance to customers.

Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with order placement, delivery status, account management, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Provide solutions to any complaints, including delivery delays, order discrepancies, or platform-related issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our food delivery platform to offer accurate and timely assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by offering suggestions for service improvements.
  • Handle customer feedback, escalating unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Monitor and track customer complaints to ensure follow-ups and proper closure.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive company image by promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer care or customer service roles, preferably in the food and beverage or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry or experience working with delivery platforms is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with customers and internal teams.
