JOB PURPOSE


If you are willing to drive execution excellence, 3P Merchandisers capability building & business transformation agendas, while managing multiple projects at a time; then this role is just for you!


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. End to end visibility tracking from planning to digitized reporting (Landing Off Shelf Displays/ planogram for main shelf).
  2. Lead Innovation landing as per plan with CBD and 3P merchandising with proper brief/cascade to all related teams.
  3. Lead in the assortment & planogram workshops for KSA and cascade regularly to 3P Merchandisers.
  4. Plan & execute quarterly bushfire in country (bushfire lead).
  5. Conduct field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CBD & merchandising teams.
  6. Lead execution review meeting with clusters on Perfect Store KPIs, highlight opportunities & gaps and drive clear action with CBD & 3P Merchandising.
  7. Maintain and track spend of 3rd party merchandising budgets and raise payments on COUPA.
  8. Plan & execute ad hoc requests related to a variety of surveys, data collection reports and special BG’s incentive drives.
  9. Track & monitor BDA counter parts and provide necessary feedback and action to stakeholders.
  10. Handle digitization projects internally and with 3P Merchandising.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


Experiences & Qualifications:

  • MS Office, Power BI & technical skills in data management.
  • Experience in working across multiple business teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in CD fundamentals.
  • High degree of business acumen.
