Maintain compliance to regulations and policies, and eliminate the occurrences of controllable delays affecting OTP relevant to the scope of the department. Review and control the execution of published crew rosters to operate within the budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Protect On-Time Performance by implementing enhanced strategies.
Review and calibrate the published crew pairings and crew rosters to improve crew productivity targets vs. published crew rosters.
Exercise independency in deciding and completing routine tasks.
Lead the preparation and execution during Audit activities.
Review and monitor the crew standby capacity.
Partner with other entities to improve cross-departmental work relationships.
Lead compliance to regulations, policies, and procedures.
Undertake review and amendments to Manuals, e.g. OPM, OM-A relevant chapters.
Perform audit of the crew management system rules settings & application and report contents.
Report on delays & issues, and document corrective measures accountable to the department.
Promote Safety culture.
Skills:
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors in Aviation-Operations, IT Systems Development or Analysis.
Professional Experience: 8-11 years in Airline Operations, Resources Planning/Rostering & Scheduling.
