We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director, visionary at heart and a storyteller by nature, to shape and drive our creative marketing strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creative direction for our portfolio, helping to shape the creative vision for each game in our portfolio while reaching millions of players worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and deep creative expertise, with strong experience in mobile games and performance-driven marketing. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align each game’s creative direction with our marketing strategy, ensuring performance-focused creatives across all channels.
What you will do:
- Lead creative vision and strategy at the portfolio level, overseeing creative direction for all games.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, inspiring high-quality and high-performing assets across UA and ASO.
- Drive portfolio-wide creative testing strategies, leveraging data to guide learnings that will direct new concepts, iterations, and high-impact creative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, UA managers, and other stakeholders to ensure strong marketing performance.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies, continually enhancing our creative approach.
- Foster innovation by exploring new creative technologies and techniques.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, visual appeal, and audience resonance.
- Make it happen by engaging the broader team, jumping in yourself, or collaborating with partners.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record in mobile game marketing and creative production.
- Strong understanding of key mobile marketing metrics, with a data-driven approach to creative strategy.
- Experience in managing creative teams, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
