Creative Art Director

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Art Director to join our team in Jeddah. As a Creative Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our creative team, overseeing the design and production of visual materials, and ensuring that our brand identity is consistently reflected in all our creative outputs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing and advertising campaigns.
2. Manage and lead a team of designers, photographers, and videographers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that the creative direction aligns with the overall brand strategy.
4. Oversee the design and production of print materials, digital assets, videos, and other visual materials.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and advertising.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Art Director or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
