Your role and responsibilities
This role is responsible for working closely with line management and executive teams on strategy and execution for people and culture in the business unit to drive performance and growth. The HR Partner is responsible for providing HR thought leadership, guidance, and execution by closely collaborating with the HR Leader and Upline Leadership, developing trusting relationships with, and earning confidence. The HR partner develops insight into the client's business to apply HR capabilities to assess, develop, and execute strategies that create business value while acting as the single face of HR to upline leadership.

Promotes the IBM brand / employer brand and reputation in the market place
Accountable for the HR community in country. Hiring, developing, engagement and skills posture.
