Cost Engineer ( Female )

JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated and experienced Cost Engineer to join our esteemed team. Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation techniques and construction best practices
• Proficiency in using cost management software
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
• Knowledge of construction is a plus
• Implement cost engineering strategies and systems to optimize project costs and timelines
• Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project teams
• Provide cost engineering expertise in risk management and contingency planning
• Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that cost engineering activities are aligned with project goals and objectives
• Prepare cost reports for management and stakeholders
• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights into cost performance
• Develop project status reports and presentations
• Participate in the development of cost reduction initiatives and make recommendations to project teams
• Relevant experience in managing complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related field
