The Cost Controls Manager’s main responsibilities are:

1. Acting as the Cost Controls Manager on small to large sized projects, depending on experience, responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the cost control related activities of the project (including resource time and cost).
2. Planning and managing the day-to-day resourcing of the cost control team, providing managerial and technical support to the team.
3. Managing the cost control team effectively.

Must have:

1. 15 years of post-graduate experience in Cost Control.
2. At least 10 years of which must have been in the relevant industry.
3. Proficiency in the English language.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in managing a team.
