Responsible for the control, execution and administration of all work routed through the service center. This role ensures that orders are routed, executed and monitored in a timely and efficient manner. Engineering support is provided when required. Develop efficient and effective methods for the control and monitoring of the work orders.
Operations:
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the contract administration functions.
• Develops procedures for the control of work orders.
• Review of all contract documents received from Sales ensuring that it meets the licensee requirements (i.e. Vam, Tenaris, Grant Prideco & API standards).
• Ensure change orders are effectively managed.
• Ensure all work orders routed are progressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all production routers adhere to HSE policy, API & licensee standards and company procedures.
• Responsible for the procurement of materials, spares, rental of gauges and third party services to meet customer delivery.
• Responsible to ensure strict revenue recognition policy is followed in compliance with the acceptable accounting principles & in accordance with the company policy & procedures.
• Responsible to staff for the performance and documentation support for the preparation & issuance of route card on the following services:
- Manufacture & Recertification of API 6A & API 16A Products (Spool, Flanges, DSA, Mud Cross, etc.)
- Manufacture & Rethreading of API 7-1, Manufacture & Rethread as per API 5CT & Threading Licensee (VAM, Tenaris Hydril, Grant Prideco, Hunting, & Nippon)
- Recertification of BOP’s (GE Hydril & NOV Shaffer)
