Coordinator, Project

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.

Working Experience in Airport Projects.

Experience in working in large infrastructure projects in construction or operations phase.

Minimum 08 years experience. Preference given for Airports Experience.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, handling, storage and retrieval of all documents related to the project.
• Ensure all documentation meets the QMS requirements and Project Quality Requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to track data and ensure all site data is accounted.
• Responsible for overall project database management.
• Responsible for issuance of permit to work requests, archiving and closing out PTW requests.
• Establish proper time management and document management so no information is lost or missed out.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients outlining key milestones, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and in accordance with company and industry best practice.
• Work in close relationship with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, identify any delays, issues, or potential risks, and proactively highlight them to the project manager or technical team.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.

• Strong Time Management Skills.
• Strong Communication skills and able to interact effectively among team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
