Primary Functions:
- Proper document control of projects documents received on SharePoint and proper notification of team members.
- Coordinating with project team members.
- Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.
- Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails).
- Distributing daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
- Assisting in preparation of invoices and following up with clients.
- Handling upload and download of documents/reports on Malath portal.
- Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.
- Performing any task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits.
Other Responsibilities:
- Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times.
- Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics.
