Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Maintenance Solutions Department (MSD) within our Global Manufacturing Excellence Organization.

MSD is responsible for providing maintenance technical consultations, towards best-in-class maintenance organization through conducting selective maintenance assessments, turnaround assurances, and deploying cutting-edge technologies and best practices across the Global Manufacturing portfolio.

Your primary role will be to provide technical expertise pertaining to the development and deployment of programs aimed at evaluating the contracts management across the Global Manufacturing portfolio and provide value-adding improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

1. Develop and deploy value-adding programs that assess the facilities performance in contracts management
2. Review and analyze facilities performance for continuous improvement
3. Assist in establishing guidelines for integrated contracts management processes
4. Conduct frequent assessments of facilities in terms of contracts management, planning, procurement, and administration
5. Support the organization in developing business plans for program deployment
6. Provide improvement recommendations pertaining to contracts management
7. Collect and analyze relevant data of facilities performance and ensure accuracy and consistency, to monitor their performance and issue frequent maintenance benchmarking reports
8. Implement new approaches and strategies to improve facilities performance
9. Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Key Performance Indicators for contracts management
10. Develop contracts management assessments framework and processes and conduct Maintenance health assessments in line with organizational objectives
11. Benchmark organization's performance to identify gaps and then set a sustainable plan to close the gaps
12. Assist the organization in the development and deployment of other maintenance programs with relevant experience in contracts

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold a:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
2. 10 years of contracts management in the Oil & Gas industrial environment
3. Experience in contracts advisory, assessing, and evaluating contracts management performances
4. Familiarity and experience with contracting processes
5. Experience in developing assessment programs in the field of contracts management
6. Experience with contracting processes, procedures, practices, and tools
7. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills to carry out the assessments
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
