Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee the management and negotiation of contracts for our technical and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, compliance management, and risk mitigation while collaborating with stakeholders to support project goals.
2. Manage contracts, procurement, and budget control while ensuring compliance and fostering client relationships in large projects.
3. Oversee contractual aspects, negotiate agreements, manage compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships while ensuring legal protection and project alignment.
4. Manage and strategize contract management systems, lead discussions on contract strategy, and oversee contract administration and claims for infrastructure projects.
5. Assist project teams with contract compliance, risk management, and claims preparation.
6. Support contract management by interpreting terms, assessing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the same capacity in Aramco projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; PMP certified.
3. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the civil engineering industry.
4. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
5. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview: The Contracts Manager (Saudi National) is a key position within the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and contract management or a related role within construction or project management environments.
