Contracts Administration Specialist - Water Projects

Company - A leading name in engineering, construction and manufacturing company, with global operations. It is one of the largest and most respected companies in India's private sector.
Role - Contracts Administration Specialist
Report to - Project Director
Experience - 15-20 yrs. Specific exposure to GCC market is required
Should have hands-on experience and working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of Contract (all suite)
Should have knowledge and practice of the Laws and regulations relevant to performance of Contracts and execution of the works
Should be a delay analysis expert and quantum expert as per Society of Construction Law protocol requirement in International Arbitrations
Should be able to identify the EoT related issues, Variations/Claims/Notices/deviations, continuously track it and take it up until its logical conclusion.
Should be skilled to work with own hands on all aspects of Contracts Administration, Claim Management and Risk Management
Should be able to analyse the Contract Conditions, create contemporaneous records and Claims independently
Should be skilled to amicably settle, negotiate, mediate, conciliate and represent Company before Client, PMC/Engineer/Consultant, Arbitral Tribunal, DAB & DRC
Should be ready to get transferred/posted as per Company requirement anywhere in the Middle East
Specialisation as Member RICS and Certificate/Courses related to Contracts Administration, Claim Management and Arbitration will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To identify the EoT related issues, Variations/Claims/Notices/deviations, continuously track it and take it up until its logical conclusion.
To work on all aspects of Contracts Administration, Claim Management and Risk Management.
To analyse the Contract Conditions, create contemporaneous records independently.
To amicably settle, negotiate, mediate, conciliate and represent Company before Client.
