Job Description
As organizational strategy is a key focus in Korn Ferry's growth plans, we are looking for Interim consultants (Arabic speakers) with experience and interest in helping executives drive transformational change and business performance by aligning their organization with their business strategy. More specifically, individuals with experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Board and Top Team performance
  • Operating model and organizational design
  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Cultural transformation, including D&I strategy
  • People strategy
  • HR effectiveness
  • Employee value proposition
  • Change management

This role is specifically focused on organizational design, operating model, and workforce measurement projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The skills and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and manage effective client relationships either as a member of an account team or by directly managing accounts including potential key accounts. Contribute to key accounts by project managing work streams and/or leading delivery teams.
  • Lead independent charge of strategic workstreams on complex/multi-service line projects and/or lead smaller projects with direct or project-based team management. Projects may span multiple service lines and would typically involve managing multiple consultants from other offices/countries. Typical timescales could be 6-12 months/project and average team size is 3 consultants of varying seniority.
  • Lead research, analysis, and interpretation on client/sector business issues, performance, client competitor performance, etc. with a view to identifying possible opportunities.
  • Facilitate project teams by defining scope, objectives, and project management structure ensuring a constant focus on outcomes. Plans for resource needs and implements plans to ensure consultants are developed to meet business needs. Leverage the expertise of internal industry or practice experts across the KF business.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE And Qualifications

  • Extensive work experience in organizational design/operating model/workforce architecture gained in a consulting (ideal) or corporate environment.
  • Broader experience helping clients develop and implement transformation roadmaps with a strong emphasis on the leadership, organization, people, and cultural changes required to improve performance.
  • Track record of managing and growing complex client relationships.
  • Financial literacy, business acumen, and a profit-conscious mindset with the ability to analyze market data, interpret P&L information, and translate that information into meaningful action plans.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently. Ability to proactively achieve goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different tasks, job responsibilities, and people.
  • Sector expertise preferable but not essential.
  • Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
