Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's contracts and procurement policies and procedures.
2. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
3. Manage the entire procurement process from identifying needs to final delivery of goods and services.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
5. Monitor and track contract and procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to contracts and procurement activities.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for cost savings and process improvements.
9. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments related to contracts and procurement activities.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract and procurement management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in QS, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 17+ years of experience
3. GCC Experience: 5+
4. Strong knowledge of contract and procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
8. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
