- Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Managing contract changes and amendments, including negotiating revisions with stakeholders.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Identifying and mitigating contract risks and resolving disputes or conflicts.
- Conducting contract audits and implementing improvements to contract management procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop contract strategies and improve processes.
- Keeping abreast of industry regulations and best practices in contract management.
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field.
- Experience in contract management, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Certification in contract management or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
