We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, specifically in construction supervision roles with a consultancy background, focusing on projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.

Your new role, what's involved?

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee contract administration processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements, change orders, and claims.
  2. Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Manage subcontractor relationships, including pre-qualification, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
  5. Review project documentation, invoices, and progress reports to verify accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
  6. Provide support in resolving contractual disputes, claims, and variations, collaborating with legal counsel as necessary.
  7. Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance against contract provisions and approved budgets.
  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and correspondence.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract administration.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract administration roles within the construction consultancy sector.
  2. Proven track record of working on infrastructure projects, including roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
  3. Extensive knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement processes.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to effectively manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  7. Professional certifications in contract management or procurement are advantageous.
  8. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
