Content Specialist (Saudi)

We are seeking a Saudi national Content Specialist to join our team remotely. The candidate must be passionate about creating digital content and possess a deep understanding of the Saudi market and local culture. The goal is to produce creative and compelling content that enhances our digital presence and resonates authentically with the Saudi audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and edit diverse digital content (articles, social media posts, advertising copy, marketing content) in Arabic, reflecting Saudi culture.
2. Develop content strategies aligned with the Saudi market's needs and the company's marketing objectives.
3. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) with a focus on keywords popular in Saudi Arabia.
4. Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide detailed reports on its impact on the Saudi audience.
5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams via remote communication tools to ensure content aligns with the company's visual and cultural identity.
6. Stay updated on trends in the Saudi market (e.g., cultural seasons, holidays, and local events) and adapt content accordingly.
7. Propose innovative ideas for marketing campaigns targeting various segments of Saudi society.

Requirements:

1. Saudi nationality (mandatory requirement).
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in writing and managing digital content with a focus on the Saudi market.
3. Deep understanding of Saudi culture, customs, and traditions, with the ability to translate this into engaging and appropriate content.
4. Full proficiency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi dialect) in writing and editing, with strong text composition skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and digital data analysis.
6. Ability to understand Saudi market dynamics, including consumer behavior and competition.
7. Exceptional creative skills and the ability to develop content that aligns with the diverse interests of the Saudi audience.
8. Familiarity with social media platforms popular in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat) and how to target audiences through them.
9. Experience working remotely using tools like Zoom, Slack, or Trello, with a suitable work environment (strong internet connection, modern computer).
10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, Arabic literature, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
