Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a talented team of content strategists, marketing producers, community managers, and a network of in-house and freelance video editors and designers. Foster a creative, collaborative environment that supports innovation and professional growth.
  2. Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement cutting-edge content strategies for the client's social media channels and projects. Collaborate closely with other departments to craft tailored marketing plans and elevate the overall content.
  3. Client Engagement & Revenue Generation: Drive business growth by creating new revenue streams and integrating sponsorship opportunities into content. Develop strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring long-term success.
  4. Creative Campaigns & Project Leadership: Utilize your creative agency experience to lead campaigns and deliver high-quality content. Pitch innovative ideas, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to align content strategies with broader business objectives, contributing to a unified approach.
  6. Business Growth: Spearhead initiatives that secure new clients and strengthen industry relationships, expanding the content's reach and the business's overall impact.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Preferably a Saudi National or someone who is deeply familiar with the local culture, with 5-8 years of experience in a creative agency or similar field, ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Content Marketing within Media & Entertainment industry.
  2. Proven track record in managing teams of strategists, producers, editors, designers, and community managers.
  3. Strong background in Content Strategy, Marketing, Editorial Management, scriptwriting, storytelling, leadership, film promotion, marketing strategy, and Creative Campaign management.
  4. Demonstrated ability to grow revenue streams and develop client-winning strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  5. Familiarity with the film and entertainment industry is highly desirable, along with a passion for storytelling.
  6. Experience in delivering high-quality creative campaigns.
  7. You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
  8. You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
  9. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
