Job description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.

Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
