OU Description

Within our ALMV practice, we focus on asset-intensive organizations, addressing improvement of asset performance and cost reduction. We help our clients improve the management of their assets through different stages of the asset lifecycle.

You will be primarily based in our Riyadh office, serving our local clients in KSA, while also working with colleagues across the Middle East region. As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee asset lifecycle management initiatives, integrating financial considerations with operational strategies.
• Establish comprehensive asset management frameworks and documented management systems.
• Manage asset lifecycle management transformation projects to enhance clients' maturity levels.
• Advise on optimization and lifecycle decisions of assets.
• Conduct asset performance analysis including data collection and reporting.
• Support asset investment planning and optimization.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct business process reviews and development.
• Support technology and systems implementations.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges.
• Conduct assessments of existing asset management processes.
• Provide expertise on asset operations and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor junior and senior consultants.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.

• Consulting experience in asset management projects.
• Performing maturity assessments of asset management.
• Experience in developing strategies and associated frameworks.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial modeling for lifecycle costs.
• Knowledge of criticality assessment and failure modes analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience in digital solutions for asset management.
• Arabic speaker, fluent in English.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Asset Management, Science, or Business.

Qualifications:

• Relevant professional qualifications such as IAM certificate/diploma, ISO 55001, CAMA, SMRP.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in asset management consulting/advisory services.
