Job Description

1. Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges.
2. Assist on one or more project modules.
3. Directly interact with senior consultants and Project Managers on the team to solve business issues and client needs.
4. Assist the team with their business requirements. In cooperation with clients, you will develop and implement innovative solutions and business models concerning the entire value chain.
5. Develop market strategies, accompany the team in post-merger situations, and optimize organizational structures while supporting performance improvement programs.
6. Be a key pillar in our organization and an important interface to our team, while being involved in one or more small projects, assisting module teams with clients and colleagues alike.
7. Work with public and private sector clients across the region, workforces, and senior stakeholder groups.
8. Finalize and present deliverables to the team.
9. Retain excellent working relationships with our current colleagues to ensure that project scope is met, bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs.
10. Architect business strategies with recommendations for design and implementation.
11. Develop operating models and associated organizational capabilities to design and deliver value.
